What happens if I miss a Service?

You could possibly void your new car warranty and we are unable to check safety items.

Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?

Mammi Motors have 6 loan cars. 5 sedans, all auto and 1 tradesman ute, also an auto.

Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

No. as long as the log book service is done as per manufacture specs. Manufacturers are not allowed to force you to take the vehicle back to them for servicing although they imply it keeps your vehicle warranty intact. Having your vehicle serviced by an independent workshop like Mammi Motors not only saves you money, but the whole process is more convenient without affecting your new car warranty at all. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

It's always better to have it but always keep a copy of your invoice so you know where you are at in km service.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done?

A hard copy will be given.

Do you provide Digital reports of what's wrong with my car?

A hard copy will be given.

How long will the service take?

Anywhere from 1 to 5 hours depending on what service interval and what's due but will be done within the day.

How much will my service cost?

Can range depending what due on that service, Km and vehicle but happy to quote prior to the service

How can I pay for my Service?

Mammi Motors accept Cash or card.

When are you Open?

Monday To Friday 8am till 5.30.

What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?

8am or we have a key chute on the gate if you arrive before hours.

Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?

Early drop off only.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

No. Advice will be given re after hours drop off as per below.

Can I collect my car after hours?

Mammi Motors will try to work something out with each individual but do prefer business hours.

Can you pick up my car from home?

Unfortunately Mammi Motors are unable to pick your car up from home.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

Provided it is within town and hours are between 9 am 3 pm.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

Call us straight away and we will work through the problem. Mammi Motors take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then just let us know. We are happy to sort out any problems you might have. Plus you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.

Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?

On request, there's always a lube sticker on the windscreen to remind you

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is being repaired?

Yes. Mammi Motors can provide car service at the same time you are having repairs undertaken.

How do I book my car in for a service?

How often should I really service my car?

Every 10,000km depending on make and model but a least once a year.

I don't drive much, do I still need a service?

At least once a year for an good check over and oil and filter change.

Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?

Yes, Mammi Motors can fix other problems while your car is being serviced.

Can you wash my car?

No, we do not wash your car.

Do you use good quality oils and parts?

Yes. All parts covered by warranty.

Do you check my brakes during a service?

Yes. Mammi Motors check both front and rear brakes every time.
